Aluminum late needed

[Hack]

I am looking to get an aluminum plate milled for a project I am working on. PDF below has dimensions etc. Need 1 part. Made from 1" thick MIC-6 Aluminum or machined flat 6061 . Part is 10" x 36". There should be enough information on the pdf to at least quote the part. Once awarded, I would happily provide any further information including a Dxf file if needed. Ends much be machined square.

Lead time, not real critical - let me know how long in your quote.
Tolerance - +/- .005"? Negotiable. This may be tighter than what I need.
