    Default Hull Plug

I'm looking for someone to machine an 18' boat hull plug out of foam or lower cost materials such as MDF. Renboard is a possibility if it can be sourced at a reasonable cost. Plug can be machined in sections and final assembly done by me locally.

I have a drawing available, full CAD file is available but under NDA.

Try House Of Plastics Unlimited here in Orlando, FL. I buy drop materials off of them occasionally, and I know they have a large 5-axis router and do that sort of work on a regular basis. Molds, thermoforming, contract work for Disney, Universal, NASA, etc.
