Piece is approx 13" x 2". Looking for these pieces in .125" +/- .020 thick. I would like them made from 6061 and I would like a real nice finish, maybe even polished?
Its a 2D drawing and has loose tolerances. +/- .006 would probably be just fine.
For all holes except the .125", I would like a nice looking chamfer. Something just big enough to see if youre looking at it. Its not critical, just for looks. I would also like the outer edges to have a nice break on them. Because of this, I would need a right and left side. This piece is all about looks.
I would be looking for:
30pcs left, 30pcs right
