Small Batch 316L Boat Parts quote needed

We have fabricated these parts in the past, since my CNC capability will not handle a job of this size. Decided to see if others have the capacity to machine from solid 316L rod or thick-walled tube!

There are two parts, each comprising an inner and outer flange. The finish is A grade, but we would accept "as machined" since we have the finishing side covered.





F360 drawings can be found at OUTER and INNER. STP files attached.The actual units will be very slightly different to match the exact curvature of the hull, but material and overall size will remain the same. Detailed IGES (or preferred format) will be provided on acceptance of quote).

The job timeline is completion by October 31, 2017. Please advise on price, finish and delivery to Wilmington, NC by email or PM.

This will be a job that is repeated every 6-9 months.
