I am looking for a quote to make one of these from 316L. The top thread is metric 22 and the bottom thread is american 7/8. It would be great of you had a set of nuts to verify the thread when complete.
So I decided to add a hex to the design and a second variation to the order. The hex means it now requires the next size larger rod. (1.25" rod.)
I have made an IGES and STEP file for each.
Tolerances are what you imagine, except there is a conical surface at the bottom/inside that becomes a metal-on-metal seal. That fit and finish needs a bit more care.
PS - The M22 thread is 1.5mm pitch, and the 7/8 thread is 14 tpi. As mentioned above, I would like to have it verified with a nut before it ships.
