1Jumper,
We would be interested in quoting your project. Please send the image with depths so we can determine what might need corner radii.
Thanks,
Hello -
I have 2 parts I would like a quote on producing and I need 3 of each part. Both parts are from hot rolled (common) 5/16" steel plate. The Y- axis drive plate would be ideal for a water jet machine. The NEMA 34 motor mount has some pocketing work in the center. I have dxf files of each part. For the NEMA 34 mount I will attach a photo of a prototype and add the pocketing depths by hand with a photo editing program. I don't have access anymore to AutoCad or similar design program and I'm just learning Fusion 360. Please ask if any interested party needs additional info and I will be happy to provide if I can. Tolerance should be within .002" on all dimensions.
Photo with pocketing depths attached.

Dpryor -
I attached the photo with pocket depths. The part is intended to mount a NEMA 34 gear box. I have the dimensional drawing of the gearbox if it would help, but the corner's of the gearbox are beveled so any radius up to about 1/4" should work fine. I will email you a couple photos.
The photo is too pixelated to read. Can you just email it? Thanks.

If you'd like you can share the project with me on Fusion360 for the quote. My email is william@sabinespeed.com, that should be how to find me.

I have replied to all PM's thank you all for your quotes. Unfortunately I seem to have underestimated the cost for this and will have to go a different route. FYI - all the estimates I received were very similar in cost. Thanks again.
