Also, if you intend the pieces to fit to each other (I'm assuming they are based on the shape) you will really want the radius of the concave side to be slightly larger than the radius on the convex side. If that isn't specified somehow you may get parts that are still within tolerance but don't fit together.
OK, so after examining the print closer, I see there are default tolerances, but you do not specify the type of aluminum. There are literally hundreds of alloys, and finding generic plain aluminum is quite rare.
