So do you just want an oval cut for one pc of MDF and the letters cut from another pc of MDF that could be glued on top of the oval?
I would like to get a quote for a Peterbilt sign, relief cut from 2 pieces of 3/4" MDF glued together and unfinished. Letters should be rounded and protrude from the background. outer shape should be oval. Needs to closely match the and be scaled from the official logo.

That would work,yes, but the border would also need to be glued on. I was envisioning gluing 2 sheets together first, then cutting the materal out. The protrusion of the letters/border can be but dont need to be the full .75" thickness of one sheet of mdf. Does that make sense?
