Simple aluminum rings

I need a prototype of the attached file and then a production run of 25-100 in 1-2 months. Thickness is 2mm, but thickness can vary +0.5mm (14awg-13awg). Needs to be a stiff aluminum, grade not important. Not too picky about surface finish, but chamfered edges would be nice, depending on cost.
