Caint buy modules any more . looks like they sold to Autodest.

Yes, but it seems that Autodesk is still offering a free version of ArtCAM 2017, which is probably comparable to Express. You can read about it here: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/artca...-p/6475922#M17 For the paid software, they seem to be going to a subscription model, rather than outright sales.
