Hello,
I am relatively new to using CNC router tables and had a question about part making using multiple pieces of stock. I have a 48"x96" Baileigh CNC router table and am making parts from 7"x98" walnut stock pieces. I would ideally like to place several stock boards on the machine to not need to set up as many times. Does anyone have any methods for securing several pieces consistently to easily set up in my CAM software. The problem I see would involve setting up stock and then having to layout in my software in accordance to dimension that I got my stock laid out. This is also wood, so how do I deal with slight warping in my stock to be able to hold down material consistently when there is multiple pieces. I wish I had a vacum bed on the machine because I feel that would probably solve this question easily. Any and all help/suggestions are welcome.
Thanks in advance
