Why are you using that board, and how is it connected to the G540?
Hi Guys
I am not really good at explain things so I am going to try to show pictures of what I am trying to do. First my machine worked 1 year ago with this function but I had it shut down for a year remodeling my shop and had some issues restating it.
What I am trying to do is set up my tool change plate and cant remember how to do it.
This is what I have done so far.
set up my home switches as follows
plug 1 a axis slave to Y pin 12 (Top left plug )
plug 2 y axis pin 13 (top right)
plug 3 x axis pin 10 (second row left)
plug 4 z axis pin 11 this a my touch of plate for ne jobs to set the height of the (material. not really a home (second row right)
plug e stop pin 15 (bottom plug 2 pins)
I am using a gecko g540 board. All the above switches activate on mach 3.
1st picture my plug board on my machine the numbers don't match up to the above pin numbers is this an issue
plugs plugged into slots
Input screen not sure why x is pin 10
Seconds page on mach
my touch off plate
I have on plug left.
I am not sure where to plug my plate into.
Any help would be appreciated.

The plate can go to any of the 5 input pins. It needs to be assigned to the Probe input.
