confusing of backlass or backlash

Hallo friends,
I have CNC turning, Wasino, with fanuc10 controller. Everytime I try to cut a full radius groove in the OD (G03), it result no smooth surface in the bottom of the radius grove.
I've ensured the math was right, the tool was Ok,
Someone told me to check the backlass, but I don't excactly understand.

Any help please?

backlash is the clearence which is in the screwshaft that drives (x) axe or the (y) axe that means that ther is a high gab between the axe and the nut.
but may be it is not the reason and I think that the result for no smooth surface in the bottom of the radius grove is because of speed defrence between the outside diameter and the bottom diameter so ther must be a speed regulator in your softwear program to adjust the right speed for evry diameter autmatecly then you will get it smooth.

I've got speed regulator and tried it (G96), but the surface still no smooth. Any other suggestion? About backlash, what is the effect if in parameter 1851 was set at high or low?

did you try to finish whith a low feed(0.05 ,0.03 ,0.01 as an exampel) severall times till you rech the exact sfear diameter and remember to get a high defrencel speed.
if not we have to check someone else may have alot more exprince and I wish you luck.
