Prototrak Not working

I have a DPM AGE 3 control. I have been having a tough time getting the machine to start up. Now it will not start up. I get one beep and then that's it.
Does anyone know of a fix? Also does anyone think it would be a good idea to have a Prototrak sub forum?

clembrant , turn off the main breaker power supply wait 10 seconds , flip the toggle up, there is a screen brightness control next to the ports it usually has a black plastic cover like a vacuum hose cap its just a small stub sticking out next to the cord on back turn it .it does take 1 minute for the machine to reboot.
