Default Sub turret alignment Miyano BNC 34T

Anyone have any experience with aligning the sub turret on a miyano BNC 34T? I had a pretty bad crash, the sub turret rapided into the back of a tool station on the main turret and seems like it's now way off center in both ways. For some reason the machine will preform rapid moves with the feed all the way down. Is that normal for the OT control? The sub turret still indexes but all of my tools are really far off center. I have limited experience with these machines and don't know where to begin and what I may need to take apart. Any help would be much appreciated.

How did you come out? I just started running the same machine, cool and weird at the same time, no rapid over ride sucks, was it the M90 wait code that caused the crash?
