Cincom Citizen F16 Error Problem

I have recently been getting the error: SV013 V Ready Off and it constantly comes and will not reset. I click the reset button but it forces me to turn the machine off and restart. Before it would occur once a day, but now it is occurring constantly. How do i fix this problem? The machine does not let me do anything when it gets the error. I even tried turning it off and back on(usually works) but it does not go away anymore.

This is usually a drive problem. There is a relay on the drive that fails.
