Can anyone identify this for me?

When I bought it the guy said he knew it was offshore, but I'm assuming it's replicated from a certain machine. If someone could tell me which it is I'd appreciate it. I need a new set of threading gears for it. Also the tailstock won't hold onto my live center. I have the right size taper but it seems like there nothingness grabbing onto the tang (fairly new to lathes so maybe receives a different taper attachment?)
