Atlas 12" Metal Lathe

Wondering if someone could help me out. I need to make one last part to finish the restoration of a Sears Atlas 12" lathe for my dad. I'm looking for the Diameter and the length from shoulder to shoulder of the shaft spacer Part #699-061 the rest I can easily figure out
