We have a 2002 H. Plus 630 which has been having a few Tool Changing issues lately. We've received quite a few TMAG-037 Alarms, but we've always been able to do a Auto/Manual Recovery and back on she went. We've not yet seen anything mechanically or electrically wrong with the Servo, other than the obvious alarms.

[ Alarm TMAG-037: "An Alarm is occurring to the Servo Axis for the Tool Transfer Arm Horizontal Motion". ]

However this morning when I arrived and found the 630 down again, our recovery efforts have not worked. We seem to have lost the H Axis (Horizontal) Set Point. V Axis (Vertical) is fine, and moving without throwing an alarm.

I'm waiting for Selway to open, so I can hopefully track down the Reference Set Point Procedure for the Transfer Arm. While waiting, I wanted to post to the forums to see if anyone wiser than myself had any input or possibly the procedure for the Set Point?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Jerry
