To test my drives I just bootlegged everything together with the CPU 5A. I just purchased some DB25 cups and hoods to make custom wires to hook up to the Parker drives.

Also, a while back I got a nice belt drive 4th axis, but will use it hopefully to build my Harmonic Drive 4th axis...

The paint is shiny and the table has that nice ground look. Ballscrews are nice as well. Paint job is nice as well. I almost don't want to drill the holes to mount the drives hehehe.... Pretty much the way we saw it before it was wrapped up, is the way it is now.

Been busy last few days. I do have the stepper wires done, as well as the cables made for the drives. Unfortunately the DB25 covers I have stick out past the case, so I'll get some DB25 ribbon connectors. I used the cups I had and just used shrink tubing at each connection for now.

    Pics coming soon...

A view of the DIP switches on the Parker E-AC drives. These things are TINY in person, in fact so much so I didn't realize they were DIP switches at first!

Video up now (maybe still processing....) You'll have to lower the volume, as I had the MIC way up on the cell phone cam.... Also I paused mid job, which is why the machine is slow feeding back in to where I paused the machine....
