What software to use for Laguna IQ router

My school district just purchased a Laguna IQ CNC router.
The test document works perfectly.
Now, how do I create a new document to run on the router?
What program that I have loaded on my computer do I use to create this new work?
There are so many programs.
What format do I save it under?
