    Question Same program different results

First off thanks for any information possible.

We recently bought a Fadal VMC15 20 x 16 x 20. An exact twin to a machine we are currently running these stamps on. Same program same tools, and no cutter comp is being used in either machine. The "new" machine has a few issues we've found on these little stamps. It is gouging and cutting an odd profile. In the picture provided it shows the significant differences. I'm fairly sure its a parameter issue but not sold on it yet. Anyone else have any ideas? Thanks

Just an update. I had some time to mess with it today. Checked the backlash and slightly adjusted but it's still cutting an egg shape circle. I read on a different discussion to try to post with small lines instead of G02 and G03. Turns out that works really well. So apparently the problem is arc related. Any info would be appreciated.

The pictures on the right seem like they have a serious backlash issue. Seems like you are on the right track. I would turn off backlash compensation on the controller while you are debugging the issue.
