Catia full window display

hello.in catia software with machining module part , sometimes dont display fully contained data....
because i have my screen too small probably and not show me full data and options i can have, like scrolling point , so cant see whats below. i have tried change resolution and module between p1, p2 p3 but didnt solve the issue. I have 19 " with 1400-900 screen resolution ...i sent screenshot in attachment... i have pointed where its cut the display data ..not scrolling issue..?
Do you know how to change this? thanks for any help..
