Gwizard editor errors

I am demo-ing gwizard editor and keep getting error " spindle not spinning " . I have posted a question on their web about this and I have gotten no answer.

My concern is why subscribe if you can't get questions answered in a timely manner?

Does anyone have experience with this software who could offer any assistance?

My spindle has to be started manually - chinese 3040 machine.

GWiz editor wants you to have some thing like this in the G Code:

S 2500 M3

This removes the error
