CAM for CNC code for cutting trispokedovetiles (3-spoke dovetailing tiles)

For Computer-Aided Manufacturing of trispokedovetiles, I've published a Javascript web-page -

- which generates Computer Numerical Control (CNC) code which I've tested with CNC Simulator Pro [LINK] but not on a real CNC cutter as yet.

My code was developed assuming a narrow kerf width as per laser cutting which should allow the tiles to be cut from a sheet "as assembled". Sorry but I've not yet developed any option to cut out close-fitting tiles using CNC cutting with rotary tools with their wider kerf widths. Maybe later when I can find the time.

In case you are wondering what a "trispokedovetile" is, it is the name I have given to a class of 3-spoke dovetailing tiles which fit together as per the attached image.

In case you are wondering what such shaped tiles might be used for, I have in mind interlocking armour tiles.

Except that unlike CAM this ignores cutter diameter and will generate rounded inner corners and sharp outer corners and thus tiles which will not mesh!
This is thus only of use for near-zero diameter cutting solutions :-(

My trispokedovetile CAD-CAM webpage now offers an (X,Y,Z) option for router cutting using rotary tool paths between spaced out tiles.
