Acrylic CNC milled item needed

This is a follow up from my previous posting with a similar heading (sorry but I couldn't figure out how to remove the posting).

We need item attached CNC machined from ACRYLIC. We would like a quote for 3 complete units initially (Base and Lid = complete unit) and may go for a larger quantity at a later date. The 2D drawings are included and other Solidworks part drawing included in the zip file. It's a pretty easy thing to fabricate but we don't have the skills needed for the job.
