How do I wire the Estop and limit switches to my HY-TB4DV driver

The DB-9 connector is for the inputs

DB-9 Pin 1 = X-Axis Limit Parallel Port Pin 10

DB-9 Pin 2 = Y-Axis Limit Parallel Port Pin 11

DB-9 Pin 3 = Z-Axis Limit Parallel Port Pin 12

DB-9 Pin 4 = E-Stop Parallel Port Pin 13

DB-9 Pin 5 = N/C

DB-9 Pin 6 = Common
DB-9 Pin 7 = Common
DB-9 Pin 8 = Common
DB-9 Pin 9 = Common
