What is the highest voltage and amperage you can run on the original boards? I know its ratings but I was wondering if anyone has tested the old one or has been running them at higher voltage and amperage outputs with no trouble. I have 3 of the 10A/60V boards that have run perfect for almost 2 years now but with only nema 23 size servos on them. I would like to run a lathe spindle with one and was wondering if the Keling servos would work! (specs for one of them is below) constant torque: 1.2 N.m ( 170 oz-in) -peak torque: 6.0 N.m (850 oz-in) -max. speed at voltage constant: 4200 rpm -terminal voltage: 72 VDC -continuous current: 8.8A -peak current: 40 A -torque constant (KT): 0.14 Nm/am -voltage constant(KE): 15 V/100rpm -resistance: 0.52 ohm -inductance: 1.8 mh -inertia: 3.39 kg/cm^2 They have a larger one but I am not sure it would work. Constant Torque: 1.6 N-m ( 226 oz-in) Peak Torque: 8.0 N-m ( 1125 oz-in) Max Speed at Voltage Constant: 3200 RPM Terminal Voltage: 90V ?3?.03 Constant Current: 7.8A KL34-180-90 Keling Technology Inc Peak Current: 40A torque Constant (KT): 0.182 NM/am Voltage Constant (KE) 18.95 V/rpm Resistance: 0.925 ohm Inductance: 2.5 mh Inertia: 3.4 kg/cm^2 I would probably run it with a belt drive 2:1 ratio motor to spindle. Any thoughts are much appreciated! Thanks Tommy |

| A HP-UHU kit would be the best for you. email uhu.highpower(at)gmail(dot)com it would get you rid of all difficulties, however I have seen people on the German forum use the original design for motors upto 2KW, but not sure how stable they were or if stable what modifications were done.
