Well today I finally completed the build on three of my boards. Two have no leds but 5 volts on the uhu socket. One has 1 pwr led light up and proper voltage. When controller is inserted the ERR and RDY lights come on but I see no communication over the serial and yes I am using a 9 pin null modem cable. Tried Hyperterminal with multiple settings Xoff,none,etc.. Any ideas? Suggestions? I need Help...

Not very specific but it look like it doesn't want a null modem cable.
Thanks for pointing that out. I was pretty frusterated about the two boards that wouldn't show life that overlooked the cable settings. Shouldnt the power light turn on on those two boards though?

Made some progress on the boards tonight... USB port issue. Was able to connect to and communicate. As for the LEDs.... have not tested that far yet... Hopefully I can trace it down tomorrow.
