Newbie- Profile around part

I'm having problem trying to figure out which tool path I need to use to have better control of step over around this part . Using Z level profile & does great as far as depth of cut, in Z , good control, but can't get the step over amount, in X & Y, around the profile I want.

I would use Planer Mill.

Set the Cut Pattern to Profile and add some additional passes. Set the step over and cut levels.

Thank's John. Exactly the control I want. One more question. Is there any documentation that gives a brief description of all the different tool-path's & how they work ?

The help docs in NX are pretty good. It is boring as heck to read through them though.
