Question Associative part family

Is there any option in UGNX4 similar to "Family Table" in Pro-E.

Yes it is called a Part Family. Select Tools Part Families. I would recommend reading the help docs on this topic. It can link an excel spreadsheet to a "template" part and create the family members.

Thanks,
Now I am working with Part Family but it allows only to change the dimensions present in template part or on/off the feature exist in template part and I want to add some new features (extrude or cut) in family member part.

How can I do it?

No you cant edit a part family member. Part family member is always driven by template file. You cant do it with clone assembly either.

What i do is import the part family member.....save the assembly. Part family member is also saved. copy the member file with a different name. now this breaks the associativity with template. do whatever operations you want to do. go back to assembly and replace the part family member with the edited one.

OK... agreed that this method is for occational use and not for every part but you have to understand that the fact that part families are created for regular usage.

regards,
