![]() This can be done with a law curve. using the following expressions t=0 a=25 b=50 c=30 ang=180 xt=(a*sin(ang*c*t)+b)*cos(ang*t) yt=(a*sin(ang*c*t)+b)*sin(ang*t) zt=a*cos(ang*c*t) Follow these steps : 1)Enter above expessions using Tools->Expessions , 'c' is number of turns. 2)Inset->Cuve->Law Curve... Choose 'by equation' option for xt, yt and zt values Send me a Private Message and I can send you a .prt file with this in it. What version of NX are you using?
