    4 axis

Are there any videos that show how Nx6 does true 4 axis milling? I would like to true sprial along a A axis odd shape cylinder if possible?

Is there a software to specializes in 4 axis programming? Ex. Rotary dies and turbine blades?

    Thank You

Yes, NX6 is your answer. I will try to find you some videos. Please post a pic, a sketch or a file of the part you are talking about

Actually you can do this in earlier versions of NX. I have been doing it since NX2 in 5 axis simultaneous mode machining internal surfaces.

Do you have a model you could post?

The “trick” to doing this is to place a cylinder around the model and use the cylindrical face as the drive surface. Make sure your projection vector and tool axis are correct. To get Spiral motion use the Helical cut pattern.

This is a standard technique that has been around for a long time and works well.
