This Contour Profile will not post. Others do...

Hmmm, I have a Fadal with a 4th axis (on A). All other 4 axis work posts fine (includes other 4 axis contour profiles and sequential mill etc...). I've attached a file which explains what I mean. In this particular file the toolpath generates fine, but posting will produce nothing but this:

N10 G71
N12 G90 G0 G40 G17 G80
( Path Name : CONTOUR_PROFILE )
N14 G54
( Tool Number: 1 )
( Tool Name : 10_EM Tool Diameter: 10.000 Tool Length: 75.000 )
N16 T01 M6
N18 M2

Just wondering if anyone else has come across the problem where the operation validates just fine but it will not post any code.... Is there a problem with the toolpath I'm not seeing? Otherwise was wondering if perhaps someone can run it through their 4 axis post to try to determine whether it is my post which is at fault in this individual instance for some reason... Again, other operations of this type post fine...

Perplexed,
Thanks,
Tre.

Actually in the interim, I've been trying to get my brain out of reverse and into drive
Could it be that this toolpath cannot be done as a 4 axis toolpath?? But then the more I think about it, I think that it should be able to be done in 4 axies with the tool axis along the chamfer face and the lower edge of the tool following the cylinder body/chamfer interface as A turns. Apart from the very edge, the base of the tool will be off the surface of the cylinder but I think that cutting the chamfer face should still be 4 axis possible...
