speeds and feeds question

I'm using NX 7.5 now and have a problem when using tools from my tooling library. In "inches" all works fine but when I'm programming in metric in my speeds and feeds box when I click on "set machining data" it multiplies my rpm's by 25.4 thus making my rpm's 25.4 times faster than they should be. All works fine in "inches" and all worked fine in metric in NX 4.0 and NX 5.0

This sounds like a bug and should be reported to GTAC
