Process Sheets

I haved used Nx7 to create tool drawings.

How are process sheets created to show a Aerospace turned part with holes in the final product?

I would like to have the process sheet show the part cut away at each sequence of the manufacturing operations.

Ex.
OP005 RELEASE MATERIAL
OP010 QUALIFY
OP020 ROUGH TURN SIDE 1
OP30 ROUGH TURN SIDE 2
OP40 HEAT TREAT
ETC.

At each operation I would like to show only what is machined. Is this done with Simplified reps or is there a better and easier way?

I suggest you look in to Teamcenter Manufacturing, where there is a part planner application.
