    Exclamation Point Distribution In NX

    hi guys

i have a question about point distribution

how can I decrease or increase the distance between two points in my extracted G-code ?

imagine that all the operations are ready and now it's the time to get the G-code and you put the machine on linear movments , means you won't have any G2 or G3
clearly I would end up with a G-code full of G1 movements and the only thing I want is i want this code with more lines and points . closer points
how can I do that ?

    thank you in advance

I think you are asking about point density, not distribution.
Reducing the intol and outtol tolerance values, and setting the motion output to linear, should increase the number of points.

    Thank you for answering
I know where to put it on linear movement but where can I reduce the tolerance?

You see them in the Operation, Cutting Parameters, Stock Tab, Tolerance Group - Intol and Outtol
If the lock is closed, you can override them in the operation, or edit them in the parent Method.

    Greattt. Thanks a million
It was a big help coz our machine had problems with g2 and g3 and the controler wasn't meant to be for turning
I actually I have written some parametric codes for the curve parts but we needed sth more reliable
    Thanks again
