    Default uccnc or mach3

    I'm new to the gig so is there any wizards or add ons -ie- slotting -drilling -hole patterns for uccnc software like there is for mach 3???I'm still trying to decide on which software to buy,,,either mach3 or uccnc,, any help would be appreciated thanks..eldon

    Most of the Mach3 wizards are easily created, manually or using freeware. No, no wizards in UCCNC. On the otherhand, it is also cheaper, considerably cheaper and better maintained. It is also more modern and works better.

    Also, you can use the wizards in the demo of Mach3, save the g-code, and use it in UCCNC.
    UCCNC doesn't currently support wizards, but some people are working on it behind the scenes.

    On the otherhand, it is also cheaper, considerably cheaper and better maintained. It is also more modern and works better
    And, the latest version of Mach3, is about 5 years old, and so buggy that most people use an even older version.
