The default CV parameters are setup for metric use. I think you need to divide them by 25.4 for inches, which should give you much better results.
Did the screenset update I sent you work OK?
I have a file I cut with the new uccnc and uc100 set up I bought. The curves are like short lines instead of nice arcs. I dropped the exact file into Mach3 and it cut the arcs the way it was supposed to. Same file, not altered. Also on a outer profile cut it would pause for a split second when it went from a straight line to an arc. Help please.
