    Cool BobCAD V23 questions

Need a little help and I hope there is someone on here who can help.
I am trying to find the post processor library for V23.
When I opened mine, there were only 12 post processors.
I have not deleted my V22 as of yet for a couple of reasons.
#1 I can still use the post I need from the V22 library and if the fix is that simple I will just copy V22 post library over into V23 library.
The other issue I have is with the Equidistant Offset cutting option in the 3AXIS cutting menu. I had specifically asked the sales person about this option being in my package and was told it was. However it is not. I have sent about 4 or 5 e-mails to Tech Support and Copied the sales person on them, I also have left voice message this morning.
I also have a couple of other CAD and CAM questions.
Where are the tutorials which are suppose to be inbedded in the S/W ?

    Thanks in Advance.
    Martin

About 45 minutes after this first post, I got an e-mail from the salesman and he appoligized for the mix up and my key is going to updated. Although he could have been a little more specific as to how that was going to happen and how I would know when that happened....oh well, first things first....

    Hello,
The posts can be found on the BobCad Support site. Click the post processors and choose the version.

    http://www.bobcadsupport.com/

The V22 Post wont run your V23 correctly as it's missing the rotary stuff.

The "Getting started Videos" are installed with V23 and should be in the start-Programs-BobCad Menu.

You can read your current license by going to the help menu and choosing "License". With your dongle in you should have "Upgrade licsense available which gives a means for online or by file. The guy can email you a file that does it or it could be online. He should have specified to you what was going to happen. It may require another call from you to support to find out whats happening. Check your email for them emailing you a file "*******.lic" I wouldnt choose the "Online" method unless I was instructed by them.

I would call as there are some new things with licensing and I may be misleading you but thats the general jist.
