I've been running BC. for about 1 year know. I contacted BC. support in the past and they have been most helpfull. They were able to remotely update a post for a Prototak MX3 at my work station using there support tool the process was complete in less than 5 minutes from the start of phone call at $95./hour shop rate my downtime was nothing. This week I neede a post for a Yasnac I-80 for a Matsuura MC-510-VF I filled out the request form at 10:30 am and stated that I would be in the shop untill 4:00pm and to call then at 4:10 the phone rings and it was BC. Support I gave the the header command line talked about a tool change option and adding a G52 at end of program at the end of phone call Supoort said that the post will be on there site this week that not bad support?

Just an update Bobcad support did a great job and received custom post that meets all my expectation

I can do em' in under 3 hours now, including much of the code...

It's like Huflungdung says:

I forgot to mention, every surface has 3 degrees draft blended out in the center AND radii on most of the corners. There are no 90 degree angles anywhere except the bolt holes.

I just got back from Bike Week in Daytona Beach so start watching "Hot Bike" for an article on the new version of this wheel later in the year. It now has 24 spikes and is seriously crazy looking. They're doing two articles, one of the wheel and one on the bike it's for... I'll post a pic if I ever get a digital camera~




If you like this one, the new one has tribal patterns and is super fluid looking...

Looks like your movin up? 24 spokes! i bet that will be neet lookin. As far as BC goes, I don't know if i have the paitience to learn it. We just got One cnc at work and a RH20 milltronics, they wouldn't spend the bucks for a vmc. Todd

I haven't seen the post on BCC because I didn't have too much time to go there lately (training every week). I have some new videos and have been trying to get them to work easyier for you guy(I am including the plug in for them now) I should be able to postem back by the weekend and will let you all know as soon as they are posted.
