Just checked. It is there. The adds are on top and below the bar for download. Have you looked to see if you get the ones for the other tutorials? If you can't then you may have a blocker blocking the link.

The link should be on a long grey bar with a white edge. The download icon is orange. Below the download bar is a large add.

The sight shows there have been 6 downloads today.

This time, the THIRD time today, I got a completely different type menu with the 2D/3D file.

I cannot understand what the difference is. It could be my security, cookie, and firewall settings, although I did not change them.

I finally made it to the file. Thanks a lot.

Jerry

Perhaps BobCAD should put them on their own site as these videos could really help a BobCADCAM user move forward. They also should be on the Australian BobCAD distributors site.

Been discussing it with them. Waiting for a reply from the IT at Bobcad. They are looking into what kind of bandwidth they will need to cover the download requirements.

I do hope they can do something. I can't seem to get more uploaded at the free sight. I've tried about 10 times to upload another one and after about 30-45 minutes it errors out.

I don't know how much Soren is into VB Scripting... to me it's the only way to get BobCADCAM V20 to deliver any speed... but someone needs to cover scripting in V20.

The VB Script info in V20 is not documented very well.... it was incomplete at V18 and *nothing* seems to have changed since ! It seems to me a script could be written for what Soren did in the approach depart video with cutting back the ramp on ramp off move. I have a bunch of script questions I'm going to post now in the scripting part of the BobCAD Forum. I saw some stuff in Sorens video that made me pay attention when he was choosing scripts to run.

That was one of my requests for documentation. Scripts are extremely nice tools but Bobcad has yet to release the docs on version 20 changes.

They do have some things to look at on the www.bobcad.com\tech sight.
Sorin gave us some useful scripts that I can post but not on that free sight. Can't seem to get anything there right now.

However if you dig through the script forum there are several good examples as well as some info on undocumented commands.

Smile Server

Sounds like we should all pitch in and support our site for a server that we can upload files to instead of using external sites.

I for one am a member of V-rodforums.com and there we all made contributions for an upgrade some time ago.

open a paypal account and let us be a part of our own community.
