Upgraded to 4.0, now only X axis works??

Had all 3 axis working on my BP Series I (ex-Boss controlled), running Sigma steppers w/Geckos

With 3.0 machined worked fine, installed 4.0, copied the port/config setups and now one X works

I still have 3.0 installed on the PC (different folder) and it acts strange.

Should I delete 3.0 or is something else wrong and I should be looking for it instead?

V4 should have no effect on V3, so it may be that something else is wrong.
