Hey everyone. Just got a new GS2 for my mill, and it runs the spindle fine in forward and reverse if I push the buttons on it manually. Now, I would like to use Turbo to turn it on and off. I am using 4.01 running in true dos 6.22. I have tried to attach a .gif file here out of the manual to show yall what is going on. I have tried to hook it up with no luck. Could someone please help me with this. Thanks in advance. Steven |

| See this for controlling a relay from TurboCNC. I build one and it works like a charm. One issue is that your inputs are Fwd/Stop and Rev/Stop instead of Start/Stop and Fwd/Rev so the wiring will be a bit different, I'll work on it. You can also connect a DigiSpeed controller to the 0-10V input to control speed. |

| Ok, I think that's it: the first relay (K1) is configured in TCNC as the On/Off and K2 as Fwd/Rev. If K1 is not activated, spindle is Off. If it is activated the spindle is On and the direction depends on the state of K2. I omitted the relay driving circuits, you can find them in the link I posted. Nikolas |
