TurboCADCAM 12 missing green removal lines

Just started to use the TC CAM plug in and noticed the green material removal lines are missing. Clicking the button that is supposed to turn the lines on and off blinks the drawing but doesn't add/remove the lines...they just don't exist. Not a hardware issue as green lines can be drawn it is just the material removal lines that do not show. The red tool path, yellow rapid and cyan z-feeds show up fine.
Also noticed that when the CAM 3D modeling setup is used that the part depth is only represented as a vertical lines and not a shape of the part as the help tutorial suggests. Clicking the show/hide part button in the CAM pallet only turns on and off the single vertical gray line not a box image of the material.
Can't seem to make any changes with different 'render' modes..all stays wireframe. Everything else seems to be running OK...it's got to be some stupid setting.
Anyone have similar issues?

Removed the V12 TC, reinstalled, installed V12.5 update, installed CAM plug in...same thing. The 3d Geometry buttom stays on constantly. The check in the part set up screen can be removed but is still there when re-opened. Part depth is only a single vertical gray line instead of showing the whole part rectangle. Clicking the "show/hide part" button turns the vertical line on and off. Still no removed material lines.

Removed the CAM and CAD again. Located all the ISMI rolders related to v12 and deleted those (to eliminate the .dat files and other settings it keeps...even on version changes...like update patches). Reinstalled the v12.2 and CAM...now the green lines are there. Gray lines around material as it is supposed to be. Render buttons now work. Have to wait and see what IMSI has to say about applying a patch with CAM plugin installed. At least the darn thing is working until the patch bugs show up.

Got a response from TC support today...after the typical, it must be your fault volley...and they recreated my issue by installing the TC V12.5 patch. Seems the CAM is not compatible in ACIS somehow.

Will try to remember to post results if they figure it out...at least at this point, we know were things are broken.

Hopefully this may provide a reference for others seeing the same issue. Maybe I am the only one that applied the update patches?

Zero results

Quick follow up on this issue...TCC has totally ignored my case number and has not followed up on the issue or replied to several posts to the case number...they did change the "status" to "resolved" even though they have not made any additions to the case or contacted me.

Turbocad is a decent CAD, but the CAM is total junk. FYI...the "no post processor needed and uses native processor" is false advertising..let me know when the class action goes live. The program indeed uses post processing, has a few example controllers and requires making your own post configuration by considerable rewriting of the existing commands.

I've seen posts in other areas that say anything past 12.2 wont work with the v12 cam plug in. I have v11.2 and so far haven't used my cam plug in other than to play with it a little, still setting up the machine! I hope that I'll get a chance in the next few weeks to use it and see what the capabilities/limitations are.

Finally got a response from TC support after months of neglect. Essentially their v12.5 patch causes issues with the CAM plug in. They have no plans to correct the 12.5 patch so you have the option of living with the CAD issue or having a CAM that doesn't work. I also recently noticed that the chain mill function in TCC doesn't offset. The post processor (that they claim is not needed) is set up by the user without support and very very little documentation. I have found very few people that actually use TCC to code to the machine. Additionally, the provided DNC doesn't work either. Have to admit that I am using a wireless serial device server to send serial port data to my controller and the PC-DNC software doesn't send. I have used two other DNC programs (one trial version, one free version) that transmit without issue. The PC-DNC support was quick to respond, but also quick to throw their hands up in the air unless a direct serial to serial connection was made.
I can only say the CAM plug in was a bad purchase decision. TCC support claims v14 and v15 CAM has original issue resolved...Like I will rush out and see if more money makes a marginal program work...
Is there any place where people are having good luck with TCC?
