    Dimensioning and help files?

I'm using TurboCAD version 12.0 and for some reason I'm unable to select some of the dimension options ie, base line, continious and incremental. Any ideas? I can select and perfom any of the other dimension options.

Next, I have no HELP files....... when I select the options I get a dialog box that says "failed to open document". Again, any ideas?

    Thanks in advance..
    Chris

Some options can not be selected until a standard dimention is established.
