tube bending in turbo cad

This is kind of a two part question. one is i have a motorcycle I need to design and was going to do it in turbo cad 9.2 deluxe that i have but can't figure out how to make the bends in the tubing. And the other question is if there is any one in the state of Mn if they read this that might be interested in making a few dollars in putting it in cad for me? I think the second question is kind of in the wrong post but not for sure. Thanks for the help. I love this site.
