Tree VMC 750 machine power up

We have a Tree VMC 750 with pc 2100 control in our shop. Recently had trouble getting the control to power up. After removeing and replacing every board in the cabinet I got the control to come up. Now when I push the green machine power button I get nothing. I can hear the contactors switching on and then right back off again.

Any ideas??

I have also discovered that as soon as the control powers up the coolant pump relay comes on. If you push the machine on button in and hold it the coolant pump will run. Could this be an I/O board problem??

It could be many different things... I'd guess no ladder or incorrect ladder... or if it has rel 4.x software possible someone was playing around i nthe flexible I/O assignments.

Wow, long time. I used to call you all the time when I was with Ellison and you came out from Tree ! (Hayward). THIS GUY KNOWS HIS STUFF ! Guess your working with Jim at Premier Machine Works a lot these days.

Fix it. Hit the emergency unistall and reinstalled, took care of the problem.
