Need Help!- Y axis bearing, spacers and confusion

I have a manual but its difficult to see the parts...I should have taken pictures but...

So I am trying to figure out the order of replacing parts onto the Y axis shaft...
I have a collar and bearing that were left in place but I am unsure of what comes next...I think it is a spacer but I'm not sure which one...I'm sure its not the one in the picture...
There are a couple more pieces on the right.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated... add my "second try" photo

Naturally a bit of playing around made the whole thing make sense...so it is all back together and on to the next steps.

Got quite a bit done on the retrofit this weekend in spite of it being really hot. After attaching limit switches I found I have to move my mill about 2 inches so the table won't hit the wall...
There's lots of wiring to do and arranging the new electronics so it makes sense. I hoping to get things running in the next two weeks... - hyper-optimistic as usual...
