I have a 750 that we picked up at an auction locally. I would love some help (for $$) getting it set up and checked out. We are in Pompano Beach, just north of Ft Lauderdale. I have already purchased a set of manuals, but I'm stuck on a couple of things. I'm not clear on the alignment, do the axis have to be in a certain position to start? Also, the LCD says Z axis not ready but I can move it. Thanks !!

| Fixed it - removed the switch block and cleaned the contacts. So now it will align itself. Still have something going on with the Z axis. Moves OK but the LCD says not ready. Anyone have any ideas?

| Man this is going back a ways for me, but I think the tool changer has to be retracted after power up in order to get the AOK. My tree memory has rusted considerably since they went away and I'm not playing with them anymore... BTW, which control does it have? |
